PathMap™ is a specialized, patent-pending literature-based discovery and scientific synthesis engine that implements gated semantic drift and veridical enforcement techniques.
Every dataset, research pathway, and literature-based discovery published on this platform undergoes a mandatory two-stage verification process: deterministic programmatic auditing with character-by-character matching against PubMed abstracts, and a human-in-the-loop manual review. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for data hallucination, misaligned citations, or unverified semantic drift.
The core objective of PathMap™ is not to synthesize speculative or hypothetical concepts, but rather to analyze established, clinical literature and programmatically connect where the science must lead next. By enforcing programmatic boundaries, we prevent the fabrication of theoretical molecules and expose the clinical truth hidden in plain sight.
Programmatic Auditing
Before any research output is accepted for evaluation, the data trace must pass through our automated verification gateway:
- 0% Character-Error Enforcement: Verbatim quotes are extracted directly from PubMed abstracts. A cryptographic character-for-character string comparison checks the AI-generated output. Any mismatch results in immediate execution disposal and automated re-generation until 100% verbatim grounding is achieved.
- Perfect Citation Structuring: Citations are mapped to physical node markers using metadata provided directly by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) PubMed API, programmatically preventing ghost citations or dead links.
- Veridical Logic Enforcement: Utilizing patent-pending Gating Semantic Drift™ technology, our pipeline audits data relationship connections and checks for temporal chronology errors, prioritizing newer empirical datasets when contradictions emerge.
Human-in-the-Loop Review
Programmatic accuracy is a prerequisite, but it does not substitute for human editorial oversight. Every single published page is subjected to a final manual curation phase:
- Strict Rejection Criteria: The administrative review agent manually evaluates the logical coherence of the mapped pathways. If an automated generation cycle fails our internal quality metrics—even if the quotes are verbatim—the entire file is rejected, thrown out, and re-executed from scratch.
- Plausibility & Novelty Curation: The reviewer screens the data to ensure the literature-based discovery is scientifically real, novel, non-implausible, and offers legitimate utility to open-science researchers. Unverified or purely speculative logic chains are strictly prohibited.
Transparent Data Access
To ensure complete scientific transparency and allow for external peer validation, every curated article page provides open access to the raw materials. Users can independently cross-verify our findings utilizing:
