PathMap Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

Welcome to PathMap.org, operated by Artificial General Intelligence LLC™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing custom data synthesis, literature audits, or any research services from us, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms:

1. NATURE OF SERVICE We provide automated, AI-driven data extraction and literature auditing services. We deliver the raw outputs (verbatim quotes, generated logic maps, APA citations, and compiled JSON files) generated by our proprietary local-first engine.

2. NO MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE (YMYL DISCLAIMER)
We are data architects, not medical professionals. The data, datasets, and reports delivered by PathMap™ are strictly for informational and research purposes. They do not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. The Client assumes 100% liability for any clinical application, publication, or downstream decision-making based on these deliverables. Always verify outputs through accredited human expert review.

3. "UNCURATED" DATASETS & NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
We guarantee that our system processes your request securely and enforces strict programmatic rules to prevent quote misstatement ("Zero Hallucination Quoting"). However, we DO NOT manually read, review, curate, or alter the scientific content of the datasets.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the literature will support the Client's hypothesis. If the literature proves your hypothesis incorrect, the delivery of that negative finding constitutes a successful and completed service.

4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and computational nature of the service, all sales are final. No refunds are provided once the dataset has been delivered. If the Client can demonstrate a clear technical failure (e.g., the file is corrupted, or a quote does not match the source text), we may provide a complimentary rebuild of the dataset at our discretion.

5. DELIVERY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We deliver final assets strictly to the email address used during the PayPal checkout process. We do not host your custom datasets on our servers post-delivery. Your submitted hypotheses are kept confidential and are never utilized to train public LLM models.

6. LICENSING OF INCLUDED SOFTWARE
Any complimentary software viewers (e.g., the PathMap Workbench) bundled with your delivery remain the exclusive intellectual property of Artificial General Intelligence LLC™. Access and use of the software are strictly governed by our Global Humanitarian Proprietary License (Version 1.0.1).
